![]() Tiny, and cramped even though there were only a few other people there. Came in after a Jetblue flight from PR and had a long layover so I thought if check it out. I am an Amex platinum member so I was able to use this lounge free of charge. ![]() Despite the fact that this missed flight cost us a fortune and we had to fly home 24 hours later, Airspace Lounge remain silent and haven't replied at all. We can't fault Aer Lingus at all - the staff couldn't let us fly home but were incredibly helpful. Our family, including three kids under 12 were devastated. Although the plane was still there, the doors were shut and our luggage removed. We ran to the gate only to discover that the plane had always been on time - there was no delay or gate change whatsoever. When no further information appeared we went to check on the board in the main terminal only to find the gate was closed. ![]() It was completely ruined as a result of missing our transatlantic flight when the flight information boards in the lounge (which we assumed were the same as those in the airport) indicated that our Aer Lingus flight was delayed and had no gate number. ![]() We paid for our family of 5 to visit the lounge T5 JFK in July 2016. ![]()
